Legal & Compliance
Review our privacy policies, terms of service, and strict validator consensus guidelines.
01 / Privacy Practices
Clogic OS respects candidate privacy and code ownership. When you run code inside our isolated sandboxes, your raw file contents are deleted from temporary execution servers 24 hours after verification is complete.
We only save execution metadata (compilation rates, latency profiles, test metrics) and the specific refactored functions required by validators to execute technical audits. We never sell profile data or share your verification state without explicit candidate consent.
02 / Terms of Service
Candidate accounts must represent real professional identities. Using automated bots to submit challenges or colluding with validator nodes to inflate capability scores triggers immediate account termination and attestation voiding.
Attestations issued by the Clogic validator network represent peer-reviews of sandboxed execution records, not a legal guarantee of performance in commercial environments.
03 / Validator Ethics Rules
Validators must audit submissions using double-blind routing rules. A validator is prohibited from accepting an audit if candidate details suggest a shared professional background.
Any reviewer found violating double-blind mandates, sharing candidate submissions publicly, or accepting external incentives is immediately suspended and their signing keys revoked.
